REQUIREMENTS

• Min Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (added advantage)
• Min 5 years hands-on experience in HVAC or M&E industry
• Experience with HVAC system & components such as chillers

• Perform monthly routine service for chillers, cooling towers and pumps under service agreement
• Perform troubleshooting and give recommendations for repairs for chillers, cooling towers and pumps under service agreement
• Perform recommended repairs for the chillers, cooling towers and pumps under service agreement
• Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance and repair schedule
• Perform 24/7 standby duty (rostered) for chiller plant equipment complaint and breakdown
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs.
• Supervise a small team
