• To be responsible for the assigned maintenance tasks and checks
• To perform the assigned inspections, repairs, and maintenance for all building components.
• To report to the Chief Engineer/Engineering Manager and Duty Engineer immediately any unusual events that occur, whether it be in respect of the engineering operation, physical plant, or H&S matters.
• To train and lead the other technicians in the absence of Engineering Manager or Chief Engineer to ensure that all daily and weekly tasks are up to date for both the hotel and residence.
• To carry out an inventory of spare parts and update the Engineering Manager.
• To carry out any other reasonable requests as directed by the Engineering Manager and Duty Engineer
