As a Rental Equipment Technician/Mechanic, your primary responsibility is to perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's fleet of rental equipment. Rental Equipment Technician/Mechanic Position Requirements: Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs High school graduate or equivalent Previous mechanic work or military experience Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs Additional Experience Strongly Preferred for Rental Equipment Technicians/Mechanics: Associates degree or certificate from a technical school Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment Mechanic experience on aerial and man lift equipment Technical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors Welding experience Heavy Equipment and Diesel Technician/Mechanic levels and compensation rates are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.
