Job Description The Opportunity Join our team as a vital contributor to our production success, ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of our critical manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining high production uptime, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting our engineering teams, directly contributing to our operational excellence and product quality. What You Will Do Lead the establishment and implementation of the 5S program across the production line, focusing on machines, equipment, tools, and pushcarts to maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Manage and maintain accurate inventory of all production tools. Perform expert troubleshooting and repair of probers and testers to minimize downtime. Proactively work to provide high-quality uptime for machines that are out of service, quickly returning them to production. Initiate, evaluate, and actively participate in the creation and completion of continuous improvement projects. Collaborate closely with engineers and engineering supervisors, providing essential support for offline activities crucial to project completion. Conduct Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) studies, including data generation and thorough analysis, to ensure measurement system accuracy. Effectively follow up and report on assigned tasks to engineers and engineering supervisors, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking. What You Will Bring A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering. Alternatively, a Graduate of a Technology Course with a minimum of six months of experience as maintenance personnel. Or, at least five years of equivalent experience with various Automatic Test Equipment (ATEs) and/or Test Systems. Proficiency in using essential measuring tools such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, and Clamp-on Ammeters. Advanced knowledge and understanding of both analog and digital circuits. Hands-on experience with programming and vision systems. Demonstrated experience with a variety of ATE equipment. Specific experience with various probe equipment, including SEMICSOPUS3, Accretech/TSK wafer probers, Electroglas (EG) wafer probers, and TEL wafer probers. Why Allegro?
