YOUR SKILLS, OUR REQUIREMENTS!

• Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience/training in power generation;
• NFPA 70e training preferred;
• OSHA 10/30 hour safety training preferred/not mandatory;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision;
• Ability to multi-task in a complex and dynamic environment;
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Be in good physical condition, able to carry out physical tasks and work outdoors; in adverse weather conditions and climb up to 100 meters;
• MS Office Suite;
• Wind turbine technician designation or equivalent trade experience; with the wiliness to upgrade;
• Working with multiple stakeholders;Operations/maintenance of High Voltage systems.
