The Chief of Strategy and Operations will play a crucial part in fostering collaboration across departments and will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organization’s technology strategy. \n Accountabilities Develop and align the technology strategy roadmap with business goals. Lead the creation of technology roadmaps in collaboration with senior leaders. Translate business needs into actionable technology priorities. Design and implement effective operating models. Optimize productivity and performance metrics across functions. Represent the CIO in high-level meetings and governance processes. Manage execution of the strategic roadmap and track key deliverables. Oversee financial planning and operational efficiency. Requirements 10+ years of experience in technology, strategy, or operations in large organizations. Proven ability to develop actionable technology strategies. Exceptional communication skills with senior executives. Strong understanding of health plan business functions. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
