Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

MacKillop’s Out of Home Care (OOHC) Division provides residential care, home based care, lead tenant and case management support for young people with high and complex needs, and a therapeutically oriented program for young people in protective placements.
The Lead Tenant Team Leader will lead, supervise and oversee the operations of the Lead Tenant service, liaise with case management services for young people placed in Lead Tenant arrangements, recruit, assess, support and monitor Lead Tenants, supervise the Lead Tenants and support the Case Manager, coordinate service provision within MacKillop Family Services Western region and with other organisations, undertake community development activities in relation to the service, contribute to the development of the service, oversee property maintenance needs and contribute to best practice OHS across MacKillop Family Services.
This is a Part-Time, Fixed Term (22.8 hours per week - 0.6 EFT, 12 month contract) opportunity based in Footscray, VIC within our Lead Tenant Program. The position reports to the Residential Case Manager Coordinator.
