EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 7+ years of experience in medical device testing
• Oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools
• Understanding of microelectronics, electrical circuits, and embedded systems
• Reading schematics, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Root cause analysis and detailed documentation of test results
• Familiarity with test automation tools and data logging/analysis platforms

• Complex product testing – especially in regulated environments
• Test procedure development – writing and executing test protocols, especially for new products.
• Troubleshooting techniques – especially with electrical, mechanical, or embedded systems.
• Data analysis – interpreting test data, generating reports, and suggesting design or process changes.
• Regulatory compliance – working under FDA, ISO 13485, or similar standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration – working with design, QA, and manufacturing teams.
• Mentorship or peer guidance – training junior team members or sharing best practices.
