SKILLS NEEDED (AKA YOUR SUPERPOWERS):

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in modular construction, general contracting, CRE, or adjacent industries.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and closing 6- to 7-figure deals
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project timelines, and stakeholder roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), G-Suite, and proposal managementAbility to prospect creatively and consistently

    • Confident communicator and persuasive presenter, both in person and virtually
    • Highly organized and deadline-oriented with a self-starter mindset
