Are you a strategic retail planning expert with a passion for leading high-performing teams? We’re on the hunt for a Business Manager – Merchandise Planning to lead our Merchandise Inventory & Planning team. You’ll play a key leadership role within our soft goods business unit, aligning inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies to supercharge sales, gross margin, and stock efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multimillion-dollar stock turn, P&L, and working capital.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, eCommerce and trade partners
• Create and drive seasonal financial plans to meet and exceed BU targets.
• Oversee sales, margin, and inventory performance — keeping your finger on the pulse of the business.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning professionals — keeping engagement and capability sky high.
