Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich is part of Circle Health Group, Britain’s leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Lead Theatre Practitioner to join their team of staff in the MPU department.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across the perioperative pathway, acting as a specialist or functional lead within the team.
  • Ensure that all patient safety checks, including WHO surgical safety processes, are carried out in accordance with hospital policy.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for theatre practitioners and support staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, compassion, and accountability.
  • Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their rights, safety, and dignity are upheld at all times.
  • Apply all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to theatre operations, ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
  • Work collaboratively with anaesthetists, surgeons, recovery staff, and wider hospital teams to ensure effective patient flow and continuity of care.
