Be responsible for implementing the Lead to Order and CRM planned projects from business point of view to ultimately support and improve the efficiency of daily operational tasks through systems and increase Mondi Corrugated Solution’s competitiveness Communication towards Lead to Order and CRM Key Users in entire Mondi CrS Responsible for checking (need, scale) and testing change requests Lead to Order and CRM Responsible for first level support Lead to Order and CRM incidents and Lead to Order and CRM requests management Sprint testing You will be part of the designing the new processes Lead to Order and CRM and be part of the roll outs Responsible for your processes and functionalities within the stream(s) (including data mining analysis and action plan definition) You are responsible for driving/supporting automation and digitalization throughout the processes by supporting local plant teams. This includes the implementation of standardized and harmonized across all CrS plants Close contact with your Cluster Lead and other Business Process Experts about the updates, open topics, etc. and your IT counterpart Train Lead to Order and CRM Key Users Coordinating/tracking migration actions and report to Cluster Lead Support/collaboration with Master Data Specialist Creation of guidelines based on implemented solutions Continuously update process map, handbook and modelling standards Contribute to embrace an organisational culture with a strong transformational mind-set We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
