JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate curricula, fostering positive relationships with students, and collaborating with parents to support each child’s development.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in childcare or as a nanny is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those with disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of behavior management strategies.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with first aid procedures relevant to young children.
  • Experience in an educational or classroom setting is preferred.
  • A passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
