Position Title: Lead Tour Guide (LTG) Job Type: Full-Time. Job Location: Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. Requirements: The candidate shall have a: U.S. citizenship Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a tour setting At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30 At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite Current CPR certification Must pass BEP security clearance Duties: The candidate must: Support the SLT in supervising daily tour operations Ensure proper assignment of tour guides for daily and special events Conduct tours for general and specialized audiences Maintain readiness of tour materials and equipment Serve as backup for PM or TS when necessary Enforce tour policies, crowd control, and safety procedures
