Description
This position is based at our Hodges, SC location. Facilitate Seamless Transitions: Partner with supervisors and team leads to ensure new trainees are smoothly and effectively integrated onto the plant floor, paired with qualified trainers for hands-on learning. Support Trainee Development: Provide ongoing guidance and resources to trainees, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in their roles and contribute effectively to operational goals. Analyze Training Needs: Collect, interpret, and report data from annual training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and prioritize development initiatives for plant personnel. Design and Deliver Training Solutions: Develop and implement targeted training sessions and improvement projects based on site assessments, operational feedback, and strategic goals. Support Comprehensive Training Coverage: Address both front-end and manufacturing training requirements through a mix of standardized, annualized, and ad hoc training programs. Ensure Safety and Flexibility: Uphold safety standards in all training activities and perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall training function. High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Must have strong people skills, leadership, good communication and planning skills, and ability to manage more than one task at a time Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable training plans.
