Reputable firm looking to add a talented Transportation Market Area Leader to their Orlando office! Responsibilities: Project oversight responsibilities (set priorities/develop objectives, financial management, project design process) Project engineering/management Serve as a technical resource to team Assist with business development responsibilities (proposal preparation, project interviews/presentations, client management) Participate in professional organizations Communicate with clients and internal team members Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering 6+ years of experience transportation engineering design, highway design, and local street design Experience in business development/project development processes PE License FDOT design/standards knowledge Project management experience with Florida Department of Transportation preferred Leadership/staff management experience preferred Experience using MicroStation, Open Roads Design (ORD), AutoCAD and Civil3D software preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
