Description Position Overview The Team Lead is a nightshift leadership role designed to support the District Manager with all nighttime operational responsibilities. This position serves as the District Manager’s on-the-ground extension during evening and overnight service windows and is responsible for ensuring service continuity, accountability, and execution when management is not on site. The Team Lead maintains a home route while also serving as primary backup for open or down routes, completing audits, supporting accountability, delivering materials, and responding to service issues in real time. Core Expectations Consistent nightly availability during assigned service windows Ability and willingness to personally run open or down routes Reliable execution of District Manager–assigned nighttime tasks Strong ownership of service quality and follow-through Clear, timely communication with the District Manager and leadership Maintain access to a reliable pickup truck or trailer Key Responsibilities Nighttime Operations & DM Support: Act as primary nighttime support, execute assigned tasks, and respond to service issues. Route Coverage: Complete home route, serve as backup for open/down routes, and run additional routes as needed. Audits & Accountability: Conduct audits, reinforce standards, and identify recurring issues. Materials Support: Deliver bins, supplies, and materials; assist with setup and corrections. Reporting: Confirm service completion, communicate issues, and document recurring problems.
