The Impact you will have in this role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and developing/maintaining Organization Intranet site to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications and solutions that drive operational efficiency and collaboration across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using PowerApps (both model-driven and canvas apps). Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow), including integration with external systems and services. Implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Graph API and RESTful services for advanced data connectivity. Develop and customize solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Manage SharePoint Online administration, including site collections, permissions, and content lifecycle. Utilize PowerShell and PnP scripting for automation, deployment, and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with SharePoint Online security and governance best practices. Support site migrations and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. Lead the design, development, and ongoing management of the organization’s intranet portal. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the intranet meets communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing needs. Implement enhancements to improve user experience, accessibility, and content discoverability. Monitor site performance, usage analytics, and continuously optimize for engagement and efficiency. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams. Integrate solutions across the Microsoft 365 suite to support cross-platform workflows and collaboration. Test and debug applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for developed solutions. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams. Experience with MS Graph API, REST services, and integration of external data sources. Familiarity with cloud development practices and modern web technologies.
