REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: At least 15 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer/Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful, user-centered designs across a variety of platforms.
• Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision, with strong skills in prototyping and visual design.
• Front-End Development Skills: Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Skilled in responsive and adaptive design for both mobile and desktop interfaces.
• UX Research & Testing: Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine and validate designs.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and design patterns.
• Design Systems & Consistency: Proven track record of creating or maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure cohesive user experiences across products.
• Interaction Design: Expertise in creating fluid interactions, animations, and microinteractions that enhance engagement and usability.
• Agile Collaboration: Experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to integrate design into the product lifecycle.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to present design ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Leadership Experience: Experience in leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and nurturing a creative, high-performing culture.
• Mobile App Design: Extensive experience designing mobile-first interfaces with an understanding of iOS and Android guidelines.
• Accessibility Knowledge: Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and designing for accessibility to ensure products are inclusive.
• Data-Driven Design: Ability to use analytics and data insights to inform and optimize design decisions.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in UI/UX design, human-computer interaction, or similar fields.
• Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates your problem-solving abilities and showcases innovative, user-friendly, and visually compelling designs..

• UI/UX Design Leadership: Lead the creation of user interfaces across various platforms (web, mobile, enterprise), transforming complex business needs into aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly designs.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure a unified experience across products and platforms, providing consistency throughout the user journey.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, define personas, and build user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Continuously refine designs based on feedback and usability testing to ensure they meet user needs.
