REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: At least 15 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer/Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful, user-centered designs across a variety of platforms.
  • Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision, with strong skills in prototyping and visual design.
  • Front-End Development Skills: Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Skilled in responsive and adaptive design for both mobile and desktop interfaces.
  • UX Research & Testing: Extensive experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to refine and validate designs.
  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and design patterns.
  • Design Systems & Consistency: Proven track record of creating or maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure cohesive user experiences across products.
  • Interaction Design: Expertise in creating fluid interactions, animations, and microinteractions that enhance engagement and usability.
  • Agile Collaboration: Experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with product managers and developers to integrate design into the product lifecycle.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities to present design ideas and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
  • UI/UX Design Leadership: Lead the creation of user interfaces across various platforms (web, mobile, enterprise), transforming complex business needs into aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly designs.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure a unified experience across products and platforms, providing consistency throughout the user journey.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, define personas, and build user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Continuously refine designs based on feedback and usability testing to ensure they meet user needs.
  • Interaction Design: Design interactive elements, animations, and transitions that enhance the user experience, ensuring they align with product performance and functionality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design work with product requirements, ensuring user-centric principles guide the entire development process.
  • Usability Testing & Optimization: Lead usability tests, gather data, and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Ensure designs are optimized for accessibility and performance.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, guiding them on design best practices, code implementation, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Front-End Collaboration: Partner with front-end development teams to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented, focusing on responsive, cross-platform functionality.
