ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a versatile Leader to join our UI Developer based in Knoxville. This engaging newly created position will align with a professional who thrives on collaboration—especially when working with designers to bring ideas to life through intuitive, user-focused interfaces. You take pride in setting high standards, guiding others, and staying current with evolving tools and trends. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and organised, with a natural ability to communicate clearly and listen actively. You’re comfortable mentoring junior team members and enjoy contributing to an agile, fast-paced environment. Your curiosity drives you to continually learn, and you’re always looking for ways to improve how things are done. Importantly, you’re someone who values structure, responsibility, and integrity.
The position also requires the ability to pass security background checks and a willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will be responsible for developing responsive user interfaces using Blazor and JavaScript, collaborating closely with designers to transform UI wireframes into polished, functional front ends. You’ll collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and WebSocket, ensuring seamless performance across platforms. Responsibilities include enforcing coding standards, applying secure development practices, writing unit tests, participating in code reviews, and deploying interfaces in containerized environments. You’ll also mentor junior developers, contribute to continuous UI improvements through feedback and design reviews, and troubleshoot complex issues to maintain code quality and reliability.
