* Work with senior management and product owners to set organizational UX strategy. * Actively participates in the definition and optimization of design and research process and tools. * Actively participates in the establishment and implementation of the overall design strategy for digital products and websites. * Actively participates in and may lead UX design activities on initiatives from beginning to end for ULs digital products and websites balancing multiple product's needs at once. * Actively participates in and may lead UX teams in the execution and delivery of user research activities for critical and large-scale design projects. * Understand and advocate for client and user needs. * Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements, user scenarios, and use cases. * Create UX and design assets including process flows, site amps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors. * Present design solutions to internal stakeholders in ways that deepen their understanding of how the design solves the problem for the user at hand.  * Present design research findings to the larger team in a clear and organized fashion. * Provide design leadership to technical teams. * Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the product teams needs and priorities. * Mentors, directs and trains colleagues in user experience best practices. * May lead weekly team meetings and design reviews. * Work within product timelines, deliver research and designs based on product roadmaps. * Evangelize user experience and user-centered design throughout the company. * Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
