ABOUT THE JOB YOU’RE CONSIDERING

We are looking for a Lead User Researcher to drive user research strategy and execution within agile teams. In this role, you will ensure that user needs are at the heart of service development, aligning with the UK Government’s Digital by Default Service Standards. Working closely with designers, analysts, and developers, you will translate research insights into actionable recommendations, shape research roadmaps, and champion user-centred design (UCD). As a senior member of the UCD community, you will also play a key role in defining and implementing our UX strategy, while supporting bid teams by identifying and developing compelling case studies.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including:
identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
