Requirements Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related; Master’s a plus. 7 minimum years in utility sector market management. 5 years minimum of leading a team of people. Expertise in generation, transmission, distribution, smart grids, renewables, and regulatory frameworks. Proven record delivering growth through go-to-market strategy. Willing to travel up to 40%. Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder influence skills; effective independently and in cross-functional teams. Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft 365.
