Description This position supports both Groove Toyota and Groove Subaru dealership locations and serves as a central point of accuracy and control for all new and used vehicle inventory within the Accounting Department. This is a back-office, non-fieldwork role focused on reconciliation, documentation accuracy, and cross-department coordination. CDK experience is a strong plus! Pay is based on experience: Up to $60,000 per year Key Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile all dealership vehicle inventory records within the DMS. Ensure accuracy of MSOs, titles, purchase packets, payoff documents, and internal cost schedules. Audit inventory daily to verify costs, add-ons, transportation fees, pack amounts, and internal repair charges. Coordinate with sales, finance, and service departments to confirm correct inventory posting and cost assignment. Process wholesales, dealer trades, and inventory adjustments with proper documentation and approvals. Assist with month-end closing functions, inventory aging reports, and audit preparation across both stores. Maintain compliance with state and manufacturer guidelines for vehicle documentation. Serve as the lead point of contact for internal inventory questions and workflow management. Requirements Previous dealership accounting or inventory control experience required. Strong auditing, reconciliation, and analytical skills. CDK experience is highly preferred. Ability to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and build efficient processes. Excellent communication and cross-department coordination skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
