Job Title: Lead Verification Specialist
Company: US-Based IT Consulting Firm
Applicants: Remote (Candidates preferred from Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Honduras, Belize)
Salary: $900 - $1,000 per month (Negotiable)
Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

We are looking for a Lead Verification Specialist to join our team and help us maintain a high-quality lead database. This role involves outbound cold calling to verify business information, update records, and identify new potential leads. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales support preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with business representatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and update CRM records accurately.
  • Ability to work independently and meet verification targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar data management tools.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to businesses to verify company details such as contact names, addresses, and industry type.
  • Confirm and update lead information in the CRM system with accuracy.
  • Identify and qualify new potential leads through phone conversations and online research.
  • Ensure data integrity by keeping records up to date and removing outdated or inaccurate information.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide accurate lead insights and support growth efforts.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and verification targets to maintain a high level of productivity.
