Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Lead Social Video Editor to shape and deliver outstanding work for a range of global brands. At Coolr, we’re not just looking for editors who cut to a brief, we want creative leaders who bring fresh ideas, innovative technical solutions, and the ability to inspire a team to create standout social moments every day.

The job

  • Oversee the translation of design concepts and storyboards into high-quality edits, ensuring creative standards are consistently met under tight deadlines.
  • Lead and manage the edit team, conducting regular 1:1s to support development and performance
  • Up skill and mentor the team, staying on top of emerging editing trends.
  • Partner with the resource team to manage scheduling on a week-by-week basis.
  • Lead quality control across all edits, maintaining a consistently high standard.
  • Streamline post-production workflows, including ingest, archiving, and delivery.
  • Oversee team subscriptions and software to ensure tools are up to date and effectively managed.
  • Produce strong showreels for business development, marketing, and award entries
