Description We are currently seeking an Experienced Warehouse Lead in Whitestown, IN to oversee and assist with general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess prior supervisory or leadership experience and strong communication skills to effectively manage a team within a fast-paced, professional environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and MS Teams is a plus. In this role, you will: Lead a team in performing warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks, sorting products, and stacking, Monitor and ensure efficient use of equipment, including forklifts and scanners. Train and guide team members in best practices for productivity and safety. Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations. Perform simple computer skills, specifically using Excel, Word and MS Teams Shift Information Monday through Friday (Sat/Sun OFF) Available Shift: 6pm to 2:30am Compensation $23/hour with weekly pay (every Friday!) Direct hire, full-time position (40 hours/week) Benefits Health Insurance- after 90 days PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but cannot be used until day 90) 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand Pay MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK Why Join Us? Requirements Proven work experience with a positive, solution-focused, attitude Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques Experience in interviewing, hiring and coaching Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations Strong organizational and time management skills Warehouse experience preferred but we are also willing to train Must have reliable transportation (This can also include the ability to reliably use the MAX line!) Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently and safely Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to perform duties as assigned, even if it's outside the normal daily tasks Must be able to pass a background check Drug free work environment Must be able to speak and understand English - all training and signage is in English only
