Order Fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipment processing. Inbound processing: accurately receiving, counting, sorting, and labelling inbound shipments. Inventory maintenance: cycle counts, replenishment, and consolidation. Audit work processes to ensure compliance Set up and train new Associates. Ensure jobs are done with efficiency and accuracy. Prepare and process shipments. Quality control checking freight orders. Book and issue paperwork for each shipment. Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment. Audit cleaning duties / schedule. Responsible for checking in on employees before, during, and after shift.
