Moisture map and sketch projects accurately, and communicate the scope of work with the customer, insurance adjuster, and project manager. Understand all metering tools (thermal camera, penetrating and non-penetrating, thermal hygrometer, etc). Accurately track and allocate materials and equipment used on each project. Document each project through photos, and field reports; and save samples of materials removed. Be proficient in selling jobs and signing work authorizations. Qualifications: 5 or more years of Water Damage Restoration experience IICRC WRT Certification Clean driving record Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb/ descend stairs. Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner). Environmental Conditions: Travel to a variety of work sites every day in a company vehicle. May work in varying temperatures; both inside and outside, including inclement weather, heat, humidity, cold, and dampness. May work in areas with exposure to moderate/high noise levels.
