We are seeking a trailblazing and visionary Lead Web Graphics Designer with a strong User Experience (UX) background to lead the design and functionality across multiple web-based platforms. This is not your typical design role. We’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box, challenges the status quo, and constantly pushes boundaries to innovate and create world-class user experiences. As a pioneer and thought leader, you’ll be responsible for guiding the design and user experience of our digital products from concept to execution, always questioning “Why?” and advocating for creative solutions that break new ground.
You will directly report to the Director of Software Development, working closely with them to align your creative designs with the product’s functional needs. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in web design with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX).
• A proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion for complex, multi-platform web applications.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they influence design decisions.
• Experience conducting user research, creating personas, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• An innovative approach to problem-solving with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of web design and UX/UI projects, with a focus on creativity and user-centered design.

BONUS SKILLS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Experience in motion design or interactive web experiences.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of design systems and how to create and maintain them across multiple platforms.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a design capacity.

• User Experience Advocacy:
• Champion user-centered design principles to enhance usability, functionality, and accessibility across web platforms.
• Use your deep understanding of UX principles to drive intuitive, seamless, and engaging experiences across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback loops to refine and optimize design solutions.
• Innovative Conceptualization:
• Constantly ask “Why?” — challenge assumptions, reimagine existing solutions, and propose fresh concepts that align with the evolving digital landscape.
• Be a thought leader in pushing design boundaries and developing next-generation web experiences that differentiate our products from competitors.
• Stay on top of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing new ideas and innovations to the table.
• Iterative Design & Feedback:
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups while iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics.
