QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Take charge during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
  • Support training efforts by coaching new team members and reinforcing standards
  • Jump in wherever needed, from the front counter to the kitchen, to keep things running
  • Monitor quality, speed, and service to make sure every order meets Wingstop standards
  • Help manage inventory, cleanliness, and shift flow
  • Communicate with management and keep the crew motivated and on track
  • Set the tone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a focus on teamwor
