LEAD THE TEAM. BRING THE FLAVOR. As a Lead at Wingstop, you are the bridge between crew and management. You keep the energy high, the orders flying, and the team focused. Whether you're guiding Guest Service Experts or supporting Flavor Experts on the line, you are right there in the action, setting the pace and leading by example. In this role, you will: Take charge during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience Support training efforts by coaching new team members and reinforcing standards Jump in wherever needed, from the front counter to the kitchen, to keep things running Monitor quality, speed, and service to make sure every order meets Wingstop standards Help manage inventory, cleanliness, and shift flow Communicate with management and keep the crew motivated and on track Set the tone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a focus on teamwork Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred Leadership or supervisory experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Pay Range: $16 per hour - $18 per hour Disclaimer: The hiring wage for this position will not be below the local minimum wage, even if the starting wage listed is lower. Physical Requirements This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
