  • Ensure relevant cybersecurity controls, backup and DR plans are effectively implemented, updated and maintained for all HR applications under purview
  • Ensure solutions provide consistent IT building blocks to effectively integrate with other functional business areas, while promoting standardization and integration across the FBIN Enterprise Applications suite
  • Report on status of on-going prioritized projects to HR and IT leadership
  • Produce high quality documentation for requirements, solution options, business cases, and recommending optimum solutions
  • Manage enhancement requests, testing requirements during implementation, acceptance, installation, and deployment of solution
  • Create, maintain, and optimize various reports, integrations and interfaces using SQR, Application Engines, and Component Interfaces
  • Collaborate with associates in other business functions and / or divisions as necessary on projects and tasks

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
