Are you passionate about enhancing the well-being of citizens and helping individuals achieve stability and independence? We are seeking a dedicated Lead Worker to join our innovative accommodation-based health & wellbeing support service. There are 10 sites across Birmingham.
This role focuses on providing person-centred, strength-based support to adults facing multiple challenges, ensuring they access the resources and services they need to thrive.
