Why this role exists (Ops‑embedded, high‑impact digital transformation) We are advancing the digital architecture that powers Market Risk, Performance, and Regulatory reporting by re‑engineering the underlying data, workflow, and analytics layers used across the organization. As reporting volumes, regulatory expectations, and data complexity continue to increase, we are investing in a modern, scalable backbone that strengthens controls, automates repeatable processes, and enables near‑real‑time insights for operational teams. This role sits in Operations but is deeply technical: you will design and implement backend services, API‑driven workflows, data processing pipelines, and AI‑enabled components that support end‑to‑end reporting flows. You will work across Python‑based services, React interfaces, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph to encode business logic, digitize validations, and operationalize analytics. Partnering with IT for infrastructure, security, and cloud governance, you will focus on the application logic, data correctness, performance, and reliability of the operational ecosystem. Your contributions will directly shape how data is sourced, validated, transformed, and consumed—creating a robust, auditable, and scalable technical foundation for the next wave of reporting modernization. Your work will directly influence how our analysts, reviewers, and leadership teams interact with data, make decisions, and deliver value—creating a long‑term, scalable foundation for our reporting ecosystem. Role mix: ~70% hands‑on build & AI enablement (Python/React, APIs, RAG, orchestration) and ~30% functional/product leadership (reporting domain, process design, controls, stakeholder mgmt)
