Responsibilities
  • Manage wholesale and retail chain accounts with NSV targets.
  • As required, serve as a peer trainer for other members of the region and team for integration tasks.
  • Sell and maintain distribution of assigned products.
  • Present display programs to customers and propose orders.
  • Present and sell reservation sheets to stores.
  • Ensure that all products listed are stored and properly displayed on shelves with store price tags.
  • Restocking of displays, including Mars Canada displays.
  • Work with the client to secure secondary spaces for display construction.
  • Apply POS or other marketing materials, as appropriate.
  • Rotating the product on the shelf and in the back room to ensure optimal product quality and freshness.
  • Maintain appropriate data (customer information, survey record, follow-up, etc.) in field sales data collection software.
  • Territorial management through customer coverage that involves an efficient and cost-effective use of time and resources.
  • Plan and organize the route based on the company’s call coverage model (call frequency and time).
  • Keep the DSM informed of territorial activity.
  • Maintain adequate stock of relevant merchandising supplies and POS materials.
  • Follow company procedures for processing credits/checks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key store personnel.
