We are looking for a Leader Finance (d/f/m) for our Plant in Lahr to support the business by managing financial operations, developing strategic financial plans, and ensuring the financial health of the organization. This role involves taking a proactive approach in the development and maintenance of robust financial systems and fostering a culture of financial excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Planning: Conduct annual planning of investments, costs, services, and tariffs in alignment with corporate goals and developed measures
- Standard Costs: Determine workstation rates and calculate standard costs per item, including reconciling standard cost developments from the current to the new financial year
- Forecasting: Prepare monthly forecasts for plant results, inventories, and capital expenditures (Capex)
- Financial Closing: Ensure accurate execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the plant
- Controlling and Accounting: Oversee controlling, accounting, time wage recording, REFA time studies, and technical change management
- Variance Analysis: Create and process variance analyses to identify and address discrepancies
- Profitability Calculations: Prepare profitability calculations and make-or-buy analyses to support decision-making
- Project Management: Manage project controlling for the investment portfolio, focusing on project evaluation, investment calculations, and ensuring compliance with approved budgets and milestones
- Inventory Management: Organize and implement the annual inventory at the company and liaise with auditors.
