In the Vehicle Engineering (DE-V) Department, we’re driving innovation for Dacia and Renault projects across all phases, from upstream development to industrialization and beyond. Our teams are at the forefront of parts design, utilizing cutting-edge CAD conception techniques, simulations, and validation processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to project schedules.
We collaborate across three main departments: Body and Openings (VB), responsible for body in white parts and mechanisms; Body Equipment (VD), focusing on exterior trims, lighting, interior trims, and seating; and Vehicle Architecture (VA), overseeing the construction and convergence of vehicle architecture to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction while meeting industrial constraints.

Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize the backlog based on the project priorities;

Assure the realization of deliverables for her/his area of responsibility;

Assures the convergence meetings between all the relevant parties (engineering departments/product/process/performance/design), keeping in mind the Quality/Cost/Delays objectives;

Prepares the maturity feedback for each architecture milestone.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or other related domains;
-
Very good knowledge of vehicle geometry and vehicle architecture list of deliverables;
-
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies;
-
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision making;
-
Strong data synthesis skills;
-
Fluent in English and at least beginner level of French.
Nice to have:

Previous experience in another vehicle architecture area;

Excellent communication and leadership skills;

The ability to work in a multicultural environment.
