Leader of Enrichment & Inclusion Commencing 2026 | Wynn Vale Campus
King’s Baptist Grammar School is excited to announce the creation of a new leadership role within our Middle and Senior Schools. This Position of Responsibility (POR) is part of a collaborative Curriculum and Pedagogy Team, guiding innovation and excellence in teaching and learning across Years 6–12. We are seeking a dynamic Leader of Enrichment & Inclusion to champion inclusive, differentiated, and high-impact teaching practices across Years 6–12. This key leadership role involves overseeing ILPs, managing NCCD data, and working closely with staff, families, and allied health professionals to support diverse learners. Applicants should bring expertise in current educational research and legislative requirements to guide inclusive policy development.

Responsibilities

KEY LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach individuals and teams to deliver student-centred pedagogy.
  • Drive curriculum innovation and improvement.
  • Support the use of the Learning Management System for planning, facilitation, and assessment.
  • Establish accountable structures for program monitoring, assessment, and reporting.
  • Embrace technology to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Early Years and Junior School leaders to ensure inclusive, seamless learning transitions.
  • Support fellow leaders in achieving portfolio-specific goals.

A personal commitment to King’s Purpose, Vision, Mission and Leadership Values that underpin the delivery of a Christian-based education to students in the School community is essential to a teaching role at King’s.

  • Experienced Teachers with a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher.
  • Registration (or eligibility) with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively.
  • Has demonstrated capacity to meet the standards of a Lead Teacher.
  • A passion for professional learning and curriculum development.
  • A willingness to embrace King’s School Wide Pedagogy.
  • Willingness to undertake Growth Coaching training (if not already completed)
