As a Quality Leader within the Quality division and the Quality Manufacturing - FAI department, you will report to the Director of Quality Assurance. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of 15 to 25 unionized employees on the evening shift, ensuring effective quality support for production and driving process improvement in line with Bombardier Aerospace’s values.

  • You will be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating, and supervising the activities of hourly (unionized) employees in the Quality group, consisting of 15 to 25 employees on the evening shift.
  • You will assume full responsibility for team management.
  • You will coordinate quality support for the Production teams.
  • Identify, document, and standardize key processes to achieve objectives and share best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure continuous improvement, notably through the use of problem-solving processes.
  • Demonstrate leadership aligned with the vision and values of Bombardier Aerospace
