HOW TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, project management or equivalent.
• You have ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience in the aerospace industry and/or manufacturing environment and/or program management, in a commercial role, an asset.
• You have experience in negotiations with suppliers.
• You have experience in change management and/or development programs.
• You have technical knowledge or experience in managing complex products.
• You have strong leadership & analytical skills.
• You have good communication skills (French & English).
