In dieser Rolle Führst und entwickelst du ein Team von rund 20 Mitarbeitenden. Verantwortest du das SAP Delivery Management für unsere Outsourcing- und SAP RISE Kunden. Steuerst du strategische Transformations-, Lifecycle- und Optimierungsprojekte. Berätst du Kunden und Stakeholder auf Management-Ebene. Gestaltest du die Weiterentwicklung unseres SAP RISE Portfolios aktiv mit. Schaffst du die Voraussetzungen für langfristigen Kundenerfolg und nachhaltiges Wachstum. Deine Skills Abschluss (FH/HF/EFZ) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliches Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in SAP Outsourcing SAP Basis Grundwissen Ziel- und Kundenorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit Flexible, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; andere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in einem unserer Offices in der Schweiz oder im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
