Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude. - Utilize the point-of-sale system proficiently to input orders, process payments, and provide excellent customer service. - Collaborate with the team to prepare both cold and hot subs according to customer preferences while following food safety guidelines. - Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, slicers, etc., ensuring proper handling and maintenance. - Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant by clearing tables, sweeping floors, sanitizing utensils, and upholding hygiene standards. - Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to coordinate work schedules, train new team members, and address any issues promptly. - Address customer inquiries or complaints professionally and resolve them in accordance with company policies. - Uphold a professional appearance by wearing the designated uniform and adhering to the corporate dress code. Skills: - Experience in cash handling and operating POS systems. - Previous work in a quick-service fast-food restaurant or similar environment. - Knowledge of bartending, coffee preparation, cooking techniques, and food preparation. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
