THIS IS AN EXCITING AND RARE OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE ON THE PIVOTAL ROLE OF OUR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY TEAM LEADER WITHIN OUR INNOVATIVE AND FORWARD-THINKING LEARNING DEPARTMENT.

We are enhancing our new first line leaders programme, delivering impactful and timely learning, we have ambitious plans so this is an exciting time to join us and support our continued growth.
Your role will be to manage and support the Leadership Academy Leadership Trainers in their everyday roles and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure skills compliance, identifying gaps or opportunities within training.
You will be a part of a diversely skilled management team, who look after differing training portfolios including Investigative Training, Core Policing Skills, Learning Technology and ICT and Specialist Skills, Operational Training and Driver Training.
If you have enthusiasm, curiosity and are passionate about leadership learning with experience of supervising leadership teams we would like to hear from you.
IN THIS ROLE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

The role is based at Police Headquarters in Portishead working alongside your team, and you will also have the opportunity to work from home for a proportion of your working week.
The interview assessment process will be on the 5th March. This will comprise of a short presentation followed by a formal interview.

THIS ROLE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A BLENDED ROLE.
The successful candidate for this role will have the opportunity to work from home whilst also at a secondary work location, which will be a police premises. The successful applicant will have the option to discuss working arrangements with their line manager. All applicants must reside within the UK.
