• Perm Opportunity, Salary up tp $8,000 with AWS and Attractive Bonus • At least 5 years of L&D experience in designing and developing leadership programs for senior management. • Strong presentation and communication skills and has worked with senior stakeholders before. • Be part of the team to design and implement comprehensive programs to develop leadership competencies and build a strong leadership pipeline at both enterprise and business levels. Key Responsibilities: • Design an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with the organization’s leadership strategy. This curriculum will serve as a roadmap for staff training aligned with career milestones, ensuring they are equipped for current and future roles. • Work with external training consultants to deliver LPD programs, providing a top-tier training experience. Oversee effective pre- and post-course reinforcement for better knowledge retention and application. • Source and implement leadership and behavioral assessments independently or with Talent Management. Curate personalized leadership development programs for senior leaders, including specialized programs from Centres of Excellence and Institutes of Higher Learning to address specific competencies. • Collaborate on leadership content for senior leaders as “Management Trainers,” supporting a culture of “leader-as-coach” to share insights and engage leaders across levels. • Regularly review in-house education programs to ensure alignment with organizational and national workforce goals. • Ensure the orientation program remains effective and relevant for new joiners. • Increase the focus on leadership and people development across the organization. • Handle all logistics and administration for leadership training, with support from the Learning Shared Services Team. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on Leadership and People Development or Talent Management. • WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). • WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) is an added advantage. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to present effectively. • Analytical, resourceful, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficient in data analysis skills.
