Responsibilities
  • Source all content and build the program (including assessment) within the G8 LMS.
  • This will include the curation of external content as provided by Early Childhood Australia, as well as the sourcing and curation of G8 specific content.
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders depts to ensure content is relevant and current.
  • Create and maintain the workshop delivery program within the G8 LMS. This include setting up of events and sessions, communication to attendees, tracking of registration and marking of attendance.
  • Preparation of related workshop resources included powerpoint presentations, pre and post work, assessments and handouts.
  • Facilitate interactive, learner-centered sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) for individuals or groups.
  • Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based facilitation techniques to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Track and analyse key metrics related to student progress, workshop attendance, and compliance
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leaders to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Utilise data to assess the impact of capability initiatives and recommend enhancements.
