LEADERSHIP COACH (1099) Location: Primarily virtual; limited travel may be required  Company: Stafford Consulting This 1099 position is contingent upon contract award. SUMMARY The Leadership Coach provides structured, results‑oriented coaching to federal leaders participating in leadership development initiatives. This is a formal coaching role, not mentoring. Participants are expected to act on guidance and complete development actions aligned with OPM ECQs.  Roles may require surge‑period availability during high‑volume tasking. RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver one‑on‑one coaching engagements lasting up to six months. * Use Stafford’s coaching dashboard to track sessions, metrics, and assessments. * Provide unlimited asynchronous support through approved communication tools. * Administer coaching agreements outlining confidentiality and expectations. * Conduct intake, goal‑setting, and development planning sessions. * Administer assessments (360, MBTI, DiSC) with COR approval. * Submit monthly coaching status reports and end‑of‑engagement evaluations. * Maintain non‑personal services boundaries at all times. QUALIFICATIONS * Professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent). * Experience coaching federal leaders (GS‑13 to SES). * Strong documentation, reporting, and virtual delivery skills. * Familiarity with OPM ECQs preferred. * Certifications (preferred): * ACC – Associate Certified Coach * PCC – Professional Certified Coach * MCC – Master Certified Coach * CAM – Certified Associate Mentor * CMM – Certified Master Mentor
