What you’ll do •Engaging with Global Leadership AoE Teams for design and delivery of global leadership development programs •Translate improvement and growth needs into learning interventions and programs. •Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, including virtual and in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and other learning formats that engage and educate participants effectively •Design, plan and deliver leadership development agenda align with business strategy for all management levels •Establish productive, professional relationships with leadership community •Being a trusted partner for management team to plan and drive continuous leadership development •Prepare and manage annual budget for the responsible areas •Vendor management during the program’s design & delivery phases Who you are •Professional credibility, intellect and personal statue – strong evidence of influencing at senior level. •Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills •Strong prioritisation and planning skills •Ownership and Drive •Can-do attitude with influence & impact •Strong at stakeholder management •Adaptability to change •Management of multiple activities in an appropriate manner within a fluid and fast changing environment •Significant and diverse experience in HR roles, preferably gained in large, multinational environment or telecommunications environment •English proficiency is a must Not a perfect fit?
