This role is ideal for a professional passionate about leadership, talent development, and organizational growth. The Leadership Development Associate will support the design and execution of leadership programs, assist with coaching initiatives, and contribute to cultivating a high-performing organizational culture. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing leadership development programs and workshops. Support senior leadership in coaching, mentoring, and performance management initiatives. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in leadership development. Track program outcomes, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams to drive engagement and participation in development initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leadership strategies and industry trends. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or training. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with learning management systems is a plus. Passion for developing others and fostering a culture of growth.
