Job Description Job Description Shine Social Brand is seeking a dynamic and motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team. This role will support and execute leadership training programs, coach emerging leaders, and assist in building scalable development frameworks. You will play a critical part in cultivating a high-performance culture that reflects our values and mission. Key Responsibilities Support the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching engagements Conduct needs assessments to identify leadership gaps and areas for growth Collaborate with internal teams to align development goals with organizational objectives Monitor and track progress of program participants and report key outcomes Assist in creating materials, toolkits, and evaluation metrics for leadership programs Promote an inclusive environment that encourages learning and professional development Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in leadership development, HR, training, or coaching Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment Familiarity with adult learning principles and development methodologies Excellent organizational and project management skills Additional Information Benefits Competitive annual salary: $64,000 – $68,000 Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative and mission-driven work environment Mentorship from experienced leadership professionals Opportunities to make a tangible impact on individual and organizational growth
